Growth in average house prices in the UK during 2017 continue to slow down, according to figures released by the Land Registry (August 18th, 2017).
While prices across the UK rose by 4.87% in the year to June 2017, down 0.1% from the year to May, average house prices in London actually fell by 0.7% between May and June. London was the only region to see a monthly fall in June.
